At LUMYCASE, we offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Inspection & Immediate Contact

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and take a photo of the item. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it efficiently.

Refund Conditions

We issue refunds only for orders that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • A photo proof is provided to show the issue.
  • The refund request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
  • The item was damaged due to customer misuse.
  • The customer finds the item at a lower price elsewhere.
  • The wrong item was ordered due to customer error.

How to Request a Refund

Bank Processing Time

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.

Returns
