Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing your order will take between 1 to 3 business days, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. While most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. This means that if you place an order on Tuesday, you can expect it to be shipped no later than Friday.

In some cases, order processing may be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, such as an incorrect shipping address. If you have entered the wrong address, you have 1 hour after purchase to make changes to your order. Please contact us at support@lumycases.com if you need to correct any order details. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an inaccurate shipping address. Please refer to our DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS section for more details on this policy.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

  • United States / United Kingdom / Canada: 7-14 business days
  • International: 7-20 business days (sometimes sooner)

NOTE: Shipping times may vary depending on the customs process in each country. Some countries release packages faster than others, so please keep this in mind. Shipping times may also be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Disputes or strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • High-demand seasons (such as holidays)
  • Large and/or bulky items
  • Shipping provider errors

If any of the above scenarios affect your shipment, we are committed to keeping you informed as much as possible.


SHIPPING/ORDER GUARANTEE

We are committed to our customers and make the following promise: If your item(s) do not arrive within the following timeframes, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund:

  • USA: 45 days
  • Canada: 45 days
  • Australia: 50 days
  • New Zealand: 50 days
  • United Kingdom: 45 days
  • Rest of the world: 50 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Any additional customs charges in your country are beyond our control. By placing an order in our store, you acknowledge that there may be additional fees once the package arrives in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding specific regulations in your region.

NOTE: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in the destination country. Additionally, some countries may require additional shipping fees due to their geographical location.


DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate. Due to our strict shipping schedule, we may not always be able to make changes to the shipping address after purchase. We strongly recommend verifying your address before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.

If your order is already in processing or has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. In this case, we can only wait for the package to be returned to our warehouse. If the item is returned, we will issue a full refund upon receipt.
